Relieve Your Stress, don’t borrow it from others.

I know many people who are constantly talking about issues related to those they love and care about. By taking on their problems, you are only increasing your stress. You may think you are helping them somehow by thinking about their problems, giving them advice, but unless you are really in a true position to help solve their problem, the best thing to do is send a prayer, or positive thought out to God, the Universe, the ether, and let it flow. Your stress levels are bad enough with your own life worries to take on others’. Here is a reminder 😉
